Are you one of those people who think they should do more exercise but never get around to it? Or maybe you’d like to lose weight but find it difficult to motivate yourself. Perhaps you don’t want to exercise alone or are just looking for a new hobby and a place to meet new  people.

 jogscotland Calderbank meets on Wednesday evenings in Calderbank. We have a group aimed at complete beginners and people who haven’t exercised for a while (7:30pm) and are introducing a beginners level 2 block aimed at people who can already jog for around 15 minutes (6.30pm). We try to make the sessions fun, friendly and enjoyable.

Each week  we will  follow the jogscotland training schedule and gradually increase our jogging time and fitness level. As your jog leader I will ensure that no one is left behind. A variety of training sessions and techniques will be introduced. This will ensure that the sessions are enjoyable and that everyone gets something from it.

There is no need to worry about it being too difficult! although you will be encouraged to get the most from each session you will never be asked to do anything that is outwith your fitness level. The key to jogscotland's success is gradual progression.

 

New Beginners 2  Block Introduced

We will be introducing a beginners level 2 for anyone who can already jog non stop for around 15 minutes. This will be in addition to the beginners level 1. Please phone, text or email to reserve your place.
